Gmc Envoy Roof Won T Close

March 2015 edited march 2015 in gmc i opened the rear roof on my envoy xuv and now it will not close now.

I went to open my sunroof window and heard a crack almost like the window cracked but it didn t. I read some threads on other vehicles with the same problem and you could recalibrate the roof by holding. The sunroof operates properly but when you close it the window sits about 1 8 of an inch low. The rear tailgate was stuck closed and read tailgate ajar 3.

Not flip down or swing out. Having a sun moon roof unable to open can be a pain but not being able to close it can cost t. There is no way to manually close the sunroof. You can push up on the window and it raises to the proper location.
